Please read the full Commission Terms & Conditions below before submitting your request. 1 - Under no circumstance are works created by the artist for the client to be be used for the production of NFT's, "AI art", or other such emalgams. 2 - Payments are processed 3 - The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commision for any reason. If the artist cancels the commission before beginning on the work, the client will not be charged. If the work has already begun, the artist cannot issue a refund. 4 - The client is allowed to make reasonable requests for alteration throughout the commission process, which are included in the price of the commission.

(1) Under no circumstance are works created by the Artist (ABD illustrates) for any Client / Commissioner to be be used in any part for the production of NFT's, "AI art", or other such amalgams.

A) Payments are to be processed via PayPal, by way of an invoice which the Artist will send to the Commissioner.

(B) Payments must be made either up front in full before the work begins; or in halves, with one half being paid upfront before the work begins and the remainder upon completion of the work, depending on the Commissioner's comfort and circumstances.

(C) During the commission process, the Artist will do their utmost to keep Commissioner updated on the progress of their piece by sending watermarked and lower-resolution image files of the work-in-progress. However; the final, high-resolution, unwatermarked files of completed artwork(s) may only be sent to the Commissioner once the the price of their commission is paid in full. ​

(4) The Commissioner is allowed to make reasonable requests for alteration throughout the commission process, which are included in the price of the commission. The Artist may have to charge an additional fee for excessive alteration requests.

(A) The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. If the artist cancels the commission before beginning on the work, the Client will not be charged. If the work has already begun, the artist cannot issue a refund.

(B) In the event that the Commissioner needs to cancel a commission, the Artist will likewise be unable to offer a refund on any commission fees already paid if work on their piece has already begun.

(A) After submitting your commission request, the details of it will be reviewed and the Artist will send a message to the email address provided to confirm whether it will be feasible or not.

(B) Upon accepting a commission request, the Artist will attach a document to that initial email message in order to confirm the terms, details, and timeline expectations of the commission with the commissioner before work begins.
